First Day Of The Tour :

Let’s go shopping with our experienced local Malaysian chef at the local market, search & identify our traditional ingredients, look for the right spices & get the groceries needed for our traditional Malaysian style home cooking.
When done, come to our kitchen & prepare a home cooked meal with our host. Learn the secret recipes of our traditional cuisine & enjoy the amazing taste that is offered at the dining table, sharing this cooking experience is part of our heritage

Option 2 :

Island Hopping to the Mamutik & Sapi Islands


Depart at 0830 hours from hotel to Kota Kinabalu jetty for a 20 minutes boat ride to the beautiful Manukan / Sapi  Island. At the island you are at your own leisure to swim or snorkel or simply laze on the beach under the tropical sun. There are water sports activities such as Banana Boat Rides, Para Sailing and Sea Walking (Own Expenses). A superb beach BBQ lunch will be served. Head back to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon

Option 3 :
 
Orang Utan Sanctuary Tour

11.00am - Brunch in KK City

12.00pm -  Head to Rasa Ria Orang Utan Sanctuary. Here you will watch a short documentary about the orang utans, learning about their habitat & behavior. You will then proceed to visit the orang utans, an endangered species endemic to Borneo, where you can feed & interact with these magnificent creatures.

5.00pm - Head to Rasa Ria beach for rest & relaxation

6.30pm – Enjoy the delicious Sabahan Coconut Pudding local delicacy, at Sepanggar, nearby Salut Restaurant. The Coconut pudding is a local delicacy and the ones sold at Sepanggar is unique in that it is made with local ingredients. A great local dessert most definitely!

7.30pm - Head to Salut restaurant for seafood dinner (optional, Dinner price is not included in the
tour package, guest will pay on their own). Salut restaurant has been regarded as one of the best local restaurants in Sabah

Option 4 :

Kinabalu Park + Poring Hot Springs Tour


Depart at 0730 for Kinabalu Park Headquarters on a 2 hours drive. The park is known for its diverse range of flora and fauna and the majestic Mount Kinabalu. The local KadazanDusun named it as Aki Nabalu or “Revered Place of the Death”. It is believed that the Spirits of the tribe’s dead ancestors dwell among the forbidden peaks. On the way, we will make a stop at the local market of Pekan Nabalu. At the park, the Mountain Garden guided walk provides an informative overview of the Kinabalu Park. The garden is landscaped with most of the flora species found in the area such as wild orchids and begonias. Other highlight for this tour includes guided walk, nature trails, mountain garden talk, and interpretative displays.

After lunch, we proceed on to the Poring Hot Spring. The Canopy Walkway, hanging as high as 60 meters above the ground is a trail that one should not miss. After the exhilarating walk, take a dip in the open-air sulphur bath. You have the option to explore the Kepungit Waterfall with nice refreshing pond for swimming before returning back to Kota Kinabalu.

Option 5 :

2 Day 1 Night Kinabalu Park + Poring Hot Spring + Sabah Tea Factory + Desa Farm



0830hrs meet at hotel and depart for 2 hours drive to Kinabalu Park HQ known for its diverse range of flora and fauna and the cloud en-case Summit of the Majestic Mount Kinabalu. The local Kadazan Dusun call it Aki Nabalu or “Revered Place of the Death”. It is believed that the Spirit of the tribes’ dead ancestors’ dwell among the forbidding peaks. On the way to the park make a stop at the local market of Pekan Nabalu. Upon arrival, visit the Mountain Garden of Kinabalu Park, where you can focus different kind of wild orchids and begonias among others. Improve the pleasure of a first jungle walk. Highlight includes guided walk, nature trails, mountain garden talk, interpretative displays, ETC. Lunch at Kundasang. After Lunch proceed to Poring Hot Spring. Upon arrival, venture up to the Canopy Walkway, 60 meters above ground via a nature trail. Take a dip in the open air sulphur bath (on first come basis) and proceed after to kepungit Waterfall, whose icy pool is ideal for swimming. Return to resort. Dinner and overnight at resort. Overnight at KINABALU PINE RESORT

After breakfast, proceed to Desa Farm to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the milking process. Then, proceed for a Tea Factory Tour to Sabah Tea Garden with Set Lunch.

7.00pm – On the way to KK, have dinner at Gayang Restaurant as it is on the way back to the city (optional, Dinner price is not included in the tour package, guest will pay on their own).

Option 6 :

2 Days 1 Night - Climb Mount Kinabalu (Highest Peak in South East Asia)


Trek to the summit of South East Asias tallest mountain, Mount Kinabalu. Standing tall at 4095.2 metres, it towers over the Kinabalu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is also the domain of the world's largest flower, the Rafflesia. However, it will require luck to see the latter, for they flower occasionally and only for a short period of time. Travel past the beautiful Crocker Mountains to reach the Kinabalu National Park, which is also home to the Poring Hot Springs. Be prepared for some tough hiking and climbing, but if roughing it out in the wild is what sets your pulses racing, then every ounce of effort put in here to reach the summit is worth it! Feast your eyes on the spectacular natural vistas that await you at the summit of this mighty mountain. Rise before dawn if you want to be in time to catch a glorious sunrise. Reach out and you could almost touch the clouds from a height of close to 4000 meters! Begin the descent before the mists of the morning roll in, and carry back memories of a memorable mountain climb

Option 7 :

3 Days 2 Nights - Climb Mount Kinabalu (Highest Peak in South East Asia)



Trek to the summit of South- East Asias tallest mountain on this thrilling three-day Borneo adventure. You will reach the base of Mount Kinabalu, standing tall at 4095.2 meters (13,435.7ft), after driving through the picturesque Crocker Range. Around the foot of the mountain is the glorious Kinabalu National Park, blessed with a profusion of fascinating tropical plants and animals.Climb the well-kept Summit Trial through the changing forest scene. See trees festooned with ferns and orchids, wild begonias, insectivorous pitcher plants and a variety of forest animals and birds. Frequent shelters along the path provide welcome resting places.Stay the night at a rest-house and rise early for your assault on the summit. On a clear morning you will be treated to the glorious sight of the sun rising on the forest paradise of the National Park. Begin your descent before the mist rolls in and enjoy a well-deserved breakfast back at the rest house.You can take this tour as part of a larger group or opt for a private tour for a more personal experience.

Option 8 :

Proboscis Monkeys & Fireflies River Cruise Tour + Free & Easy at Kota Kinabalu City

Meet and greet with guide at Hotel Lobby at 2.30pm. Transfer to Klias, Beaufort. Upon arrival at Klias River Jetty, light refreshment will be served in a Malay tradition. At about 1700 hours begin the cruise to search for wildlife. The proboscis monkey and Silver Leaf Monkeys can be spotted as well as other of birds and reptiles such as monitor lizards. We will cruise until sunset to catch a sight of glittering lights on treetops along the riverbank. These are fireflies making the trees along the riverbanks lighted up like light bulbs. A sumptuous Malay dinner awaits us at the riverside jetty. After dinner, we head back to Kota Kinabalu at 2000 hours. 

- Morning – Free and Easy – Shopping at city at Warisan / Waterfront / Suria Mall

- Lunch on guest own expense

- Drop off at Hotel after lunch

2.30pm Klias River Cruise where guest will see the famous Probosis Monkeys  as well the the amazing fireflies while crusing through the rivers.

Option 9:

White water rafting on the Kiulu River (Grade II - III difficulty) + Free & Easy at Kota Kinabalu City:

Depart at 0800 hours for Kiulu River, located in the Tampuruli district. It is a journey through scenic and refreshing countryside drive, with landscape of paddy fields, water buffaloes and local villages. On arrival at the starting point, all participants will be briefed on safety procedures and get into their rafting gears. We will start the raft downriver for about 9KM to 15KM depending on the water level. We will take a break at some point when the water is calmer and you enjoy a swim or body raft. A nice BBQ lunch besides the river will be ready waiting for you at the finishing point.
 
- Conduct tour as normal

Option 10 :

White Water rafting on the Padas River (Grade III - IV difficulty):


Depart at 0700 for Beaufort, a town located 1 ½ hour drive from Kota Kinabalu. We will catch a train at 1000 hours from Beaufort to the rafting starting point. While waiting for the train, take a stroll in this small town, which once it used to have wooden shoplots built on stilts. It usually gets flooded when the Padas Rivers overflows its banks. The train ride shows the beautiful Padas Gorge and the swift Padas river. Before we hit the 10km rafting, a briefing on safety procedures will be conducted. The outing ends with a nice BBQ lunch served at the riverside.

Option 11 :

Survivor Island Pulau Tiga (Overnight Stay)




After breakfast, 0730hrs proceed to 2 hours drive to Kuala Penyu. Upon arrival, transfer by boat (approx 45 min) to Pulau Tiga. Check in at the Pulau Tiga Resort. Pulau Tiga is also known as the ‘Survivor Island’ with it being the location where the TV series Survivor was shot for the first season. After lunch, proceed to the mud volcano. Free and easy. Dinner and overnight at resort.

Breakfast at resort. After breakfast, free and easy. Lunch at the resort before departure at 1400hrs to Kuala Penyu Jetty for transfer to Kota Kinabalu mainland. On the way back, stop over at local restaurant for dinner (Own expenses) before reaching hotel.

 

 

 

Option 12:

Mari-Mari Cultural Village Tour + Sunset Boat Ride

Monsopiad Cultural Village

The Mari Mari Cultural Village is situated amidst a remote forest setting in Kionsom, Inanam; 25 minutes away from the hustling and bustling city. Its surrounding atmosphere may faintly remind you of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s ‘The Lost World’; in the Sabahan sense. The beauty of untapped nature is guaranteed to capture your eyes and heart as soon as you arrive at the village!
In the village, you will be introduced to various traditional homes of Sabahan ethnic communities—the Bajau, Lundayeh, Murut,Rungus and Dusun—which are built by descendants of the tribes which they represent. Your friendly excursion guide will also give thorough introductions to the houses, making it a highly educational experience.

- Head out to Monsopiad Cultural Village in the morning to experience the different cultures that Sabah has to  offer. Lunch will be provided.

- Return to the hotel for Rest and Relaxation

- Prepare for a Sunset Cruise to Gayana Island to enjoy the Sunset on the boat, and a dinner at Gayana Resort (optional)

Option 13 :

Kota Belud Tamu (only available on Sundays):

Kota Belud Tamu
Kota Belud is located at the northern part of Sabah. It is 70KM away from Kota Kinabalu. The town lies on the banks of the Kadamaian River and Tempasuk River at the foothills of Mount Kinabalu. The town is famous for the Bajau Horsemen, horse riding skills and colourful authentic costumes. Kota Belud open-air market or “Tamu” as it is called in the local language, is the biggest market in Sabah, where farmers, fisherman, vendors trade their fresh produce, handicrafts, local cakes and snacks.
Depart at 0700 hours for Kota Belud. The journey passes scenic countryside with plains and villages. At the “tamu”, it will be the best time for you to try your best bargaining skills with the locals. Take time to stroll the market and find interesting or unusual things and products on sales. Head back to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon.

- After the tour ends proceed to the hotel for rest and relaxation
- Head to city for dinner
- Return to Hotel

2.00 pm – Head to Atkinson Tower & Signal Hill Observatory Tower. The Atkinson Clock Tower is the oldest standing structure in Kota Kinabalu & is a historic landmark of the city. Then, proceed to the Signal Hill Observatory Tower which offers a fantastic lookout point overlooking the city of Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding islands.

3.00 pm  -  Head to hotel for guest to pack.
