Sitting on the beautiful Signal Hill of Kota Kinabalu, it offers visitors a peaceful seclusion from your everyday lives & boast a breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu at sunrise. This modern living concept coupled with a meticulously crafted garden theme that allows visitors a feel of the rainforest, is the perfect getaway.
It is ideally located within 10 minutes walking distance to the vibrant city centre of Kota Kinabalu where visitors can access the various amenities located there i.e bars, pubs, public transportation, scuba diving, golf resorts, shopping malls.
From there visitors can head over to the Kota Kinabalu Jetty located 5-10 minutes away where you can take a 15 - 30 minutes boat transfer to the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, home to five islands - Sapi, Mamutik, Sulug, Gaya, Manukan - all surrounded by coral reefs.
Visitors could also take a trip to Mount Kinabalu Park, Poring Hot Springs, Kundasang Memorial Garden & to the town of Ranau which is only a 2 hour drive from the villa and is a destination not to be missed.
